Roücke Merges with Parent Company Premier EuroCase

DENVER, COLO. – Premier EuroCase (PE) announces that their sister company, Roücke Pressing Technologies, will be consolidated under the PE corporate identity and operations.

The company’s thermofused laminate panels will be marketed under the Roücke brand name, while the operations will be conducted through Premier EuroCase.

“We believe the Premier EuroCase brand name is stronger and more recognized in the industry,” stated Andy Wilzoch, the company’s President and CEO. “With over 26 years of panel processing experience, we have built strategic alliances that allow us to exceed expectations of performance and pricing.”

PE will continue to serve their retail store fixture customers and also manufacture components for office furniture and cabinets. With the production of laminated panels, PE controls the laminating process in-house for Thermofused Laminate (TFL), High Pressure Laminate (HPL), 3D Rigid Thermal Foil (RTF), and PUR laminating. With this unique relationship, PE bypasses the normal supply chains for raw materials, commencing production of new projects within 24 hours.

Effective July 1, 2013, the address for all mail correspondence and payments will be 12000 E. 56th Ave. #K.
