DENVER, CO – Premier EuroCase will introduce Reflekt, a revolutionary high gloss acrylic surface, at IWF in Atlanta, Georgia, August 20-23, 2014.

Premier is inviting show attendees to visit booth #1521 to discover the very best high gloss acrylic surface. Reflekt is a breakthrough product in high gloss acrylic panels that delivers three innovations in high gloss surfaces:

• the most scratch resistant high gloss surface available,

• impeccable surface consistency, and

• color richness that enhances depth and clarity. 

Reflekt panels consist of a premium quality MDF substrate with a co-extruded polymer high gloss acrylic top layer. According to Premier’s President & CEO Andy Wilzoch, “The core material is carefully selected by Premier to have low surface variance, so the Reflekt surface is not flawed by substrate imperfections.”

The panels are PUR (polyurethane) laminated inside a Class-100 (ISO5) CleanRoom technology, which is, according to Wilzoch, “a manufacturing process that guarantees Reflekt is as close to a perfect product as technologically possible.”

Premier has the capacity to laminate 4' x 8' Reflekt panels with thicknesses ranging from 1/4" to 3". Reflekt is suitable for interior vertical surfaces such as kitchen cabinets, vanities, closets, furniture, as well as store fixtures & displays.

Reflekt panels are available in 15 colors – two of them (Fly Yellow and Corsa Red) are exclusively offered by Premier. The scratch-resistant acrylic layer is UV stabilized for lifetime color depth that retains its original luster, with no polishing required.

The manufacturer can also process the panels into finished components, such as cabinet doors and drawer fronts, with laser-banded edges in a matching mirror gloss ABS or a V-Edge (two-tone) for a stunning contemporary look, similar to back painted glass. “We pride ourselves in delivering a 10 business day lead time for component work,” explained Wilzoch, “which is made possible by world-class technology and efficient manufacturing processes.”
