Panel Processing Purchases the Assets of Thermo Pressed Laminates

ALPENA, MI - Panel Processing, Inc., headquartered in Alpena, MI, has purchased the assets of Thermo Pressed Laminates, Inc. (TPL) located in Klamath Falls, Oregon. TPL is a leader in low pressure and high pressure laminating with component fabrication abilities. The acquisition will augment the existing Panel Processing, Inc. wood components and fabrication business. The Klamath Falls, Oregon location will give Panel Processing, Inc. the ability to better service the West Coast.

The company will be a subsidiary of Panel Processing Inc., which has been in business for more than 40 years. Panel Processing Inc. has evolved from a small pegboard manufacturer into a leading custom flat panel fabricator and coating specialist. PPI and its subsidiaries serve a variety of markets direct and through distribution including retail fixture, P.O.P. display, packaging, furniture, toy and game, digital print signage, cabinets, etc.
