PPG Introduces Online Electronic Billing for Industrial Coatings

PITTSBURGH – PPG Industries’ (NYSE:PPG) industrial coatings business has introduced a new electronic billing service that enables customers to pay bills online, view account balance and payment information, and sign up to receive email alerts about new invoices or account credits.

Andy Meshanko, PPG market development manager, industrial coatings, said the new e-bill system will streamline billing and account services for customers so they can concentrate on their core businesses. “We’re aiming to make it easier for customers to do business with PPG," Meshanko said. “The new e-billing system and other recently launched initiatives – such as stocking and quick-ship programs, as well as product launch assistance – are getting us closer to that goal.”

The e-bill system, which is accessible anytime and supported by a live help desk, enables PPG Industrial Coatings customers to track payments and credits by individual account and to schedule payments through checking accounts. Customers also can find invoice histories dating back four full years using the built-in search function.

To sign up online, PPG customers can click on “eBilling” under the “About Us” tab at www.ppgindustrialcoatings.com. For more information or to sign up by phone, call 877-412-4341 (option 3).
