HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. – OFM, a leading office and school furniture manufacturer, distributor and wholesaler, announced today it will introduce several new contemporary furniture products for the “new-age office,” including high-end executive chairs, a rugged stool series, and soft seating, at NeoCon 2013, the largest annual North American design conference for commercial interiors, which begins today and runs through June 12.

At NeoCon, OFM will introduce the ORO Series Executive Seating, which features black-bonded leather high-back chairs that are Greenguard certified and have a built-in adjustable tablet with slip-resistant coating.

“OFM’s new ORO Series shows the increasing importance of the iPad and other tablet computers in the workplace, which is part of a broader shift we’ve been seeing over the last few decades of how executives work,” said Blake Zalcberg, chief executive officer of OFM. “People think of office furniture as being the same as it’s always been, but in fact it’s changed a lot to respond to what we call the ‘new-age office.’”

OFM will also introduce the new Endure Series Stool, the Distinct Series Lounge Chair and Sofa, and unveil several new colors of the Recoil Lounge Chair in yellow, red, green, and purple.

The Endure Series Stool features a spindle seat height adjustment with lock-nut for stationary seat height with an industrial grade, three-gauge metal frame with dark-vein or gray powder-coat finish. The stools have a 360-degree turning capability, are available in metal, maple, and walnut and come with a built-in foot rest.

The Distinct Series Lounge Chair and Sofa is the newest of OFM’s soft seating, which features a chrome accented sled base and is available in three anti-microbial, anti-bacterial PVC-free polyurethane colors.
