NAP GLADU Acquires BC Saw‏

Jasper, IN – Quintec, the tooling platform company owned by Tenex Capital Management, announced the completion of the acquisition of BC Saw Toronto, Canada by its NAP Gladu subsidiary. BC Saw has been specializing in the sale and service of carbide saws, routers, insert tooling, diamond tooling, metal saws and custom tooling since 1966. Located in Toronto, ON, Canada, the company has built an enviable reputation of offering superior tool design, product quality, exceptional service and technical support, in addition to an extensive product catalogue. NAP Gladu currently operates a tooling service center located in Mississauga, ON that will be merged with BC Saw.
