Leedo Announces Executive Team Changes

In response to the unprecedented sales growth experienced by the company in 2012 and the first half of 2013, Leedo Cabinetry is proud to announce two key organizational changes within its senior leadership team.

Leedo Announces Executive Team ChangesHoward Maymon has joined Leedo as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Howard was most recently CFO and interim CEO of ACProducts, Inc. (dba Armstrong Cabinets Products). His extensive strategic and financial planning experience aligns with many of Leedo Cabinetry’s goals including continued market expansion. As CFO, Howard will be responsible for leading the accounting, financial planning and analysis departments. As such, he will be working with all of Leedo’s operating divisions to ensure continued improvement in the company’s financial results. “We are excited to add Howard to our already talented management team,” says company Chairman, George Hagle. “We anticipate that his years of experience within various industries will undoubtedly prove extremely valuable as we continue to grow.”

Leedo Announces Executive Team ChangesFormer CFO, Jonathan Risch, has assumed the newly created role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). With this change, Jonathan’s responsibilities will expand to oversee all of Leedo’s commercial functions including sales, marketing, estimation, design, project management, contracts, credit, collections, and billing. This move towards a more customer-centric reporting structure is a natural transition as Leedo continues to better align its departmental units into operating divisions. “Leedo has made great strides over the last several years in developing our organizational capabilities,” adds company President, Ken Hirshman. “These changes to our senior leadership team will help bring us closer to achieving one of our goals of seamlessly integrating each department into cohesive business divisions committed to establishing a new level of customer service within our marketplace.”
