Waukegan, IL – LMT Tools, a leading producer of metalworking and industrial tools, is pleased to announce the following organizational changes.

Leslie Banduch has been appointed as President of both LMT Onsrud and LMT USA.

Scott Feimster has been promoted to the position of Vice President Sales & Marketing of LMT Onsrud.

Tim Martin joins LMT Onsrud as Vice President of Business Development of LMT Onsrud.

Scott Shippell returns to LMT USA as Vice President Sales & Marketing and will lead the sales and marketing efforts of that company.

Mr. Banduch joined LMT Onsrud as Vice President Sales & Marketing in June of 2001 and moved to the LMT USA organization March of 2011 in the same capacity. He was named President of LMT USA in July of 2012. Prior to joining the LMT group of companies, he spent fourteen years with Porter-Cable/Delta power tools where he held several executive leadership positions in Texas, Tennessee, and Stuttgart Germany.

Mr. Feimster joined LMT Onsrud in 2000 as a Fields Sales and Application Specialist and has most recently acted as Global Manager, Aerospace and Composites since January of 2008. Prior to joining LMT Onsrud, Mr. Feimster was employed by SCM Group USA for two years as Regional Sales Manager, and C. R. Onsrud for fifteen years holding several positions in the sales, production, and service departments.

Mr. Martin joins LMT Onsrud arriving from M. A. Ford where he was Director of Sales and was responsible for the sales activity within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. In Mr. Martin’s role with LMT Onsrud, he will be responsible for identifying and leading strategic business development for the domestic and international markets. Before joining M. A. Ford, he was part of the Kennametal organization for nineteen years.

Mr. Shippell joined LMT USA in 2004 and then transitioned to LMT Onsrud in 2012 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In the move back to LMT USA, he will direct the sales and marketing efforts of that company. Previously, Mr. Shippell has managed the automotive/OEM business, the mold & die and components group, and the sales aspects for northern US and Canada.
