LMT Onsrud’s 66-700 series produces a superior edge in carbon fiber material. The tool’s low helix flute design results in reduced vibration and quiet cutting compared to PCD end mills. The open flute geometry allows for heat dissipation, therefore preventing resin flow. The multi-flute configuration results in faster feed rates than a PCD tool.

LMT Onsrud’s 66-700 series, DFC Multi-Flute Low Helix Tool, are coated with a diamond film coating to extend tool life in today’s highly abrasive composites.
