Thanks to the innovative and very small chip gullets, these saw blades are currently amongst the quietest diamond-tipped blades on the market - when running idle or in action.

The hollow-ground tooth geometry results in extremely clean and precise cuts in a wide range of applications; from cross-sectional and longitudinal cuts to solid woods, laminated wooden panels up to plastics and abrasive materials like mineral materials and fiber cement bound materials. All of this plus a long edge life thanks to the diamond-tips.

The development engineers at LEUCO transferred the system concept of saw blades - small chip gullets and slim cutting widths - to all saw blade types. The expanded "LEUCO nn-System" product range for all machine types will be presented at the LIGNA 2015 for the first time. "nn-System DP Flex" sizing saw blades for table saws and CNC systems, adjustable scoring saw blades and "nn-System DP Panel" version for panel sizing saws.
