CARLSBAD, Calif.----Interior Specialists, Inc., the leading provider of interior design and installation services for the homebuilding industry, has announced the acquisition of DelGrosso Floor Covering, Inc., located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

DelGrosso serves the residential and commercial building industry offering and installing flooring, countertop and cabinetry products to its customers. In addition, the company operates a Design Center to support their residential home builder customers.

Operating in the Las Vegas valley for over 25 years, DelGrosso was owned and operated by Joe Terrana, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Dominick Terrana, Chief Operating Officer. “Joe and his team have put together an amazing company built around providing a diversified product offering to their customers combined with a disciplined operational approach in the field,” says Alan Davenport, President and Chief Executive Officer of Interior Specialists, Inc. “As we look to grow our business, DelGrosso is exactly the type of company we want to partner with to increase our shareholder value.”
