With Vionaro GRASS has created an exciting design solution for all applications in living, kitchen and bathroom interiors.

The 13 millimetre slim drawer side of the complete system - winner of the coveted Red Dot Award in 2014 - is based on the Dynapro concealed slide system that has been installed millions of times over and that also won the internationally recognised design prize in 2010. Renowned kitchen and furniture manufacturers around the world use the minimalist complete system in their collections today. At the interzum GRASS will be presenting a new side wall depth as well as a cross-divider for optimum storage space utilisation. Both innovations will be available from outlets in the autumn of 2015.

The Vionaro drawer system has an impressive design and functionality and is very innovative. The extremely slim drawer side is fully in keeping with the trend towards minimalist forms and luxury materials through to the furniture interior. "The new style is minimalism. A far-reaching and fantastic development is currently underway," enthuses GRASS Global Brand Manager Harald Klüh. "We eliminate anything that is not absolutely necessary and concentrate on the simple but very high-quality and efficient basics."

Cubist design with track-proven movement comfort

Vionaro, the most radical development of the GRASS designers to date, has become such a basic. The cubist and minimalistic drawer system has a considerable influence on the design of contemporary furniture in kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. The result of the many years of research and development work is a passionate statement for the beauty of the right angle, without having to waste even the smallest storage area in the drawer. This statement was officially confirmed in 2014 by the coveted Red Dot Design Award for high-quality product design.

Vionaro is based on the Dynapro slide that has proven its worth mil-lions of times over and that also won the Red Dot design prize in 2010. With Vionaro, fully seamless drawer sides made of aluminium or steel with a thickness of only 13 millimetres are placed on the Dynapro sys-tem. They are made of a single section and therefore have a completely smooth surface.

Therefore Vionaro has everything that Dynapro has; perfect running characteristics due to its synchronised movement combined with very low pull-out forces and excellent load capacities of up to 70 kilos. With the Vionaro system the familiar three-dimensional adjustment option is integrated into the drawer side and can be easily actuated inside the drawer with a conventional PZ2 screwdriver.

Design freedom for all conceivable furniture types

Since its market launch Vionaro has attracted a great deal of attention. Designers, kitchen and furniture manufacturers around the world are inspired by the elegant, extremely slim drawer side. With its luxurious simplicity and the use of a wide range of different materials and colours, Vionaro is ideal for all contemporary living interiors. The system is avail-able as a high-quality, anodised aluminium version and a steel version in the three standard colours snow white, silver grey and graphite as well as the special colour golden brown. GRASS supplies customers with Vionaro with a side wall depth of 63 mm, 89 mm, 121 mm and 185 mm, and from autumn 2015 also with a 249 mm side wall depth. The front stabiliser integrated into the 185 mm and 249 side walls permits the installation of fronts with a height of up to 780 mm – without the use of a railing. The cross-divider, also available from autumn 2015, is particu-larly practical for optimum utilisation of the storage space. The aluminium rod that can be cut to length is simply placed on the drawer sides and enables individual compartmentalisation of the drawers and pull-outs. With this clever product design no visual compromises are necessary for the additional function - with its colour and shape the cross-divider perfectly matches the design of the drawer and therefore ensures a stringent exterior appearance. With this range of colours, materials and heights GRASS satisfies the varied requirements of furniture designers and widens their horizons for individual furniture creations.

Perfect design meets perfect processability

The Vionaro drawer system made of aluminium or steel can be fitted onto the same concealed slide system as a wooden drawer - another great benefit for customers, who can cover completely different price segments and designs with one slide system.

In keeping with the GRASS principle of ensuring maximum conven-ience for processors, installation of the system is extremely simple, and complex machining of the drawer base panel is not necessary. In addi-tion, the back panel clip that is pre-fitted in the drawer side guarantees an elegant connection.
