Easter to Lead Georgia-Pacific Chemicals Wood Adhesives‏

ATLANTA – Georgia-Pacific Chemicals announces the appointment of Dennis Easter as Business Manager – Wood Adhesives. Easter replaces Ashlee Cribb who has been named vice president of industrial packaging for Georgia-Pacific Packaging.

Easter most recently served as eastern sales manager for the wood adhesives business. He joined Georgia-Pacific in 2011 as a senior manager of planning and analysis for the consumer products group.

“Dennis will build on Ashlee's great work creating value for our customers through some difficult years in the building and construction market,” says Rick Urschel, president of Georgia-Pacific Chemicals to whom Easter will report. “His experience and customer knowledge will help us to continue to deliver effective solutions to the marketplace.”

Prior to joining Georgia-Pacific, Easter worked in a variety of roles including sales, technical service, accounting and marketing in firms that included General Chemical Corp., Proctor & Gamble Co., and Coca-Cola. He holds a master’s degree in business administration in finance and accounting from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science degree in paper science and engineering management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
