Dovetail Gallery, a leading architectural and design Millwork Company, announced that it is expanding its Pennsylvania-based presence with the addition of Deb Hill to the position of Finance Manager and HR Administrator. Deb has over 20 years of experience working with both private and public organizations. She was instrumental in the working capital needs for such organizations and for over $90 million in transactional business.

Ms. Hill is an active community leader, and serves on a number of local boards and advisory groups.

After consulting with Erie insurance, Brad Ford will focus primarily on client development and overall marketing initiatives. He will draw upon his extensive experience in social media and online marketing to provide strategic support and to disseminate the Dovetail Gallery name and brand.

Gerry Schumacher has been hired to oversee Dovetail Gallery’s jobs in the D.C. and Virginia areas as project manager. Gerry brings over 26 years experience as a project manager and drafting designer. He also brings a wealth of cabinet and estimating knowledge to Dovetail Gallery. Gerry will continue to be an asset to Dovetail’s client as well as the company itself.
