Similar to other Torit PowerCore collectors, the new PowerCore VL was designed to be smaller and smarter. “Smaller" as the VL takes up less valuable floor space - up to 70 percent less than some baghouses. "Smarter" as the design of the VL collector reduces labor costs and downtime with easy, time-saving filter change-outs with no confined spaces to deal with.

The Torit PowerCore VL utilizes PowerCore filter packs. One PowerCore VL filter pack replaces up to 18 8-foot bag filters. Fewer filters mean reduced maintenance and downtime for the operation.

Each PowerCore dust collector is built to the demanding standards you expect from Donaldson Torit, and the VL’s downward air pattern is designed to force light and fibrous dust directly into the hopper. This includes pulsed dust that can otherwise get re-entrained on adjacent filters or can bridge between filters. In addition, a single inlet manifold reduces ducting and installation costs.
