Monroe, WA –   Continuing on its path towards quality improvement and lean operations, Canyon Creek Cabinet Company recently purchased and installed a brand-new, fully automated edgebanding machine.

Measuring 22-1/2 feet long by nearly 4 feet wide, the edgebander can apply edge tapes from 1mm to 3 mm thickness. The new bander has boosted productivity and accuracy and can run at 18 meter/minute as compared to the 10 –14m/min that is standard in the industry.

It is also equipped with software-based controllers for a quick and automated set up and can easily make adjustments according to product specifications.
