Kincaid is introducing three new solid wood offerings at fall High Point Market that blend transitional styling with sophisticated finishes to emphasize the authenticity of solid wood.

“The pre-market response to our introductions has been very encouraging and continues to validate our move toward more transitional designs that feature simple lines and finishes that show off the beauty of solid wood,” said Steve Kincaid, president of Kincaid. “With all three collections, we’ve successfully combined the heirloom quality of solid wood with livable designs that resonate with today’s consumer.”

Made of solid New Zealand pine, Weatherford is a new whole-home collection that offers a relaxed casual style available in cornsilk and heather finishes that showcase the attractive wood grain. Elise, also a full line of bedroom, dining and living room pieces and made of solid Appalachian maple, features simple lines, transitional styling and an amaretto finish that is complemented by sleek metal hardware.

Rounding out the new solid wood offerings is the Gatherings bedroom collection, made domestically in Hudson, N.C. of solid wild black cherry sourced from the Allegheny Mountains. Featuring an updated shaker style, the collection is available in honey, cinnamon and molasses finishes. Each piece comes with a choice of two hardware options.

The industry leader is also extending its “More Than You Think” campaign, introduced at spring High Point Market in April, to include sponsorship of the Kincaid Café, located in the Commerce Lobby of the International Home Furnishings Center.
