LAVAL, QUEBEC -- 20-20 Technologies announces the launch of a new, fully integrated Electronic Order Processing (EOP) solution that connects dealers and manufacturers from the kitchen, bath, office and closet industries. 20-20 LiveSUITE will be available in North America and plans have been made to expand into other territories in the next year.

20-20 LiveSUITE is a set of three products: 20-20 LiveORDER, 20-20 LiveLINQ and 20-20 LiveSPEQ. Together they form a fully integrated, comprehensive web ordering system that ensures accurate product configurations and pricing, and provides real-time order status updates. Manual order-entry and re-entry is eliminated saving time and increasing productivity.

Retailers using 20-20 LiveORDER can automatically generate electronic purchase orders from 20-20 Design KIT files and submit them to multiple manufacturers simultaneously. Retailers can also track, audit and archive every order.

20-20 LiveSPEQ is an online product configurator that allows dealers and retailers to browse manufacturers’ products to configure and order available features and options. Manufacturers can easily publish product pricing and configuration updates to ensure accuracy.

20-20 LiveLINQ allows manufacturers to receive and seamlessly integrate orders from 20-20 LiveORDER into their existing ERP or order processing system thus avoiding manual data re-entry.

In support of this launch, 20-20 Technologies is also announcing a new “Cash and Coffee” promotion for dealers and retailers. Starting Nov. 1, 2011,the first 200 retailers to submit at least 5 orders through LiveORDER, will receive a Starbucks gift card worth $10.  Furthermore for every order submitted, retailers will receive one entry in a draw to win cash.
