Cutting Tool Manufacturer Acquired by NAP GLADU

INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- Imperial, MO-based Drake Corp., a carbide and diamond cutting tool manufacturer, was acquired by NAP GLADU, one of North America's largest cutting tools manufacturers, expanding its capacity to reach customers in the center section of the U.S.

The acquisition includes Drake's main facility in Missouri as well as a manufacturing and service center located in Huntingburg, Indiana.

NAP GLADU has 12 locations coast-to-coast, plus locations in Quebec and Toronto.
