BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WA – Teragren has added distribution on its bamboo panel, veneer and worktop lines. Chesapeake Plywood, Baltimore, MD, became the newest distributor of the Teragren line. Chesapeake Plywood has geographic coverage in 26 states and sells board products, plywood, hardwood plywood, melamine, veneers and specialty products to cabinet manufacturers, custom millworkers, furniture manufacturers and other industrial customers that manufacture products made from hardwood.

“Our bamboo panels perform just like any other hardwood while offering a unique visual and a great environmental story,” said Teragren President Mike Boshart. “We are excited to have Chesapeake introduce our products to new customers who may not yet have had the opportunity to work with high-quality bamboo.”
