During the 72-hour process BENZ-authorized experts at MECperform an appraisal and cost estimate, rebuild the damaged tool, and test all tools for functionality. BENZ also offers the option to overhaul and replace all worn parts.

The company also focuses on precision, keeping measurement tools in a temperature-controlled room to ensure stability. BENZ notes that Precision technology allows the company to measure specific tolerances to manufacturer specifications.

In addition to keeping a wide inventory of original parts for repairs, BENZ performs vibration analysis and balancing, as well as grinding and machining for parts production and modification.

Each BENZ quote includes an evaluation of all components, the replacement and machining of parts, and a detailed report with photos illustrating damage and estimated delivery dates.
