LINCOLNSHIRE, IL - - Woodworking Network, a division of Vance Publishing Corporation, will co-sponsor the Canada Reception for Canadian woodworkers attending the International Woodworking Fair (IWF) in Atlanta.
The Canada Reception is one of two IWF America's International Receptions scheduled for 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21 at the Georgia World Congress Center. The other is the Latin Reception for attendees from Mexico, Central America and South America.
Other sponsors of the Canada Reception include Akhurst, Doucet, C.R. Onsrud, Weima, Scm Group, Chemcraft, Richelieu and Woodworking magazine. C.R. Onsrud is also sponsoring the Latin Reception.
In addition to distributing its print publications Wood Products and Custom Woodworking Business (CWB) / Closets to Canadian subscribers, Woodworking Network reaches thousands of Canadian woodworkers and suppliers through its daily e-newsletter.
Vance Publishing, through its Vance Communications Canada division, produces the biennial Woodworking Machinery & Supply Expo (WMS). Canada's largest woodworking event is scheduled for Nov. 5-7, 2015 at the International Centre in Toronto.
Vance Communications, along with the Centre for Advanced Wood Processing at the University of British Columbia, is also organizing the 2014 Wood Tech Summit Leadership Conference, Oct. 9-10 at the Woodworking Centre of Ontario in Kitchener, ON. The two-day event includes a full-day management-level conference, plant tours and table top exhibits.
Stateside, Vance Publishing produces the annual Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo, next scheduled for April 14-16, 2015 at the Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center in northwest suburban Chicago.
