GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Weeke introduces a new ABD 050 computer numeric controlled (CNC) dowel insertion machine that performs high speed drilling, gluing, and dowel insertion. It offers horizontal and vertical drilling capabilities for any shop that produces frameless cabinetry, furniture, components and more.

The Weeke ABD 050 dowel insertion machine processes up to four work pieces at once. The machine features CNC control at the X axis, pneumatic control of the center stop, and a closed loop glue flow control system. It is equipped with Homag woodWOP computer programming software with a three-dimensional full-color view of the work piece. Routing, drilling, or sawing is programmed by entering the machining parameters.
