Weeke BHX 055 CNC Machining Center to be on Display at IWF2012

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Weeke BHX 055 computer numeric controlled (CNC) machining center performs routing, vertical drilling, horizontal drilling and groove sawing with zero setup for manufacturers of cabinets, furniture and more. It allows shops the flexibility to employ multiple router diameters or left and right tool rotations. The Weeke BHX 055 machining center is an IWF Challengers Award finalist.

The Weeke BHX 055 machining center has five additional vertical drilling spindles to the standard machine configuration. The system is approximately 6 foot by 10 foot and is ideal for shops with less available floor space. The system requires only one-person operation. It is equipped with Homag woodWOP computer programming software with a three-dimensional full-color view of the work piece. Routing, drilling, or sawing is programmed by entering the machining parameters.

The Weeke BHX 055 adds flexibility and simplifies production processes for shops with small production runs and tight lead times. Weeke is sold in the U.S. exclusively by Stiles Machinery.
