GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Vector Revolution 180 is a mid-level computer numeric controlled (CNC) edgebander that achieves consistency for shops that require high production levels of contour edgebanded parts. It is an ideal solution for manufacturers of office furniture, component suppliers, commercial casework and more.

The Vector Revolution 180 provides a high level of machine consistency and productivity. It features a large 6 foot by 12 foot table to accommodate versatile part sizes, and offers a single-zone operation for large parts and a pendulum processor for small parts. It also features a patented “sidewinder” trimming unit that trims in the same pass as the gluing and edge banding application, resulting in quick cycle times.

The Vector Revolution 180 is a perfect mid-entry for shops that require greater consistency than manual table-top machines, but do not need the more advanced features of a high-end contour edgebander. Vector is sold in the U.S. exclusively by Stiles Machinery.
