GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Bargstedt IntelliStore TLF-210 panel management system automatically builds and stores stacks of material to deliver significant time savings and waste reduction for shops that use a large variety of material types, sizes, thicknesses, and colors.

IntelliStore TLF-210 streamlines production processes by automatically loading machines and building rainbow stacks of material. It can run by itself at night to replenish boards used on the previous shift and to pre-sort for the next day’s production. It automatically verifies weight, size, and orientation of each panel. Its intelligent learning function keeps track of board usage and makes recommendations for future stocking levels. All parameters, including suction, are stored for each board. Its vacuum belt conveyor gently transports sensitive materials to minimize damage. Storage capacity is increased by eliminating transport paths.
