GRAND RAPIDS, MI  -- Alexander Dodds will be showcasing the newest technology in dovetail drawer machinery at IWF 2012, Booth # 5813. Dodds will be demonstrating dovetail machines that are easier to operate, greatly reduce operator error and waste and utilize various advanced technology components to speed production and accuracy.

The new SE-1CNC - D dovetail machine is a totally re-designed CNC system with a user friendly operator interface touch screen. Designed to alert operators of misalignments or positioning errors prior to cutting parts. Built-in flexibility to cut standard dovetails, multi-width dovetails, box joints, and optional French dovetails. Every shop can profit from this newly redesigned dovetail machine with production rates of 40-60 drawers an hour.

The SE-1CNC-PS dovetail machine includes everything found in the SE-1CNC- D model but also features fully programmable side stops which automatically move into position once the part description is loaded into the touch screen. Completely servo motor controlled for precise accuracy. Reduces user errors, easy to operate, faster set-up times, consistent quality production.

The economical SE-1-A, single spindle manual machine for the small shop is easy-to-use, and will outperform hand-made dovetail cuts using routers, jigs and fixtures. Produce dovetail drawers faster, more precise and with less set-up time. Find out more about Dodds dovetail machines, gluers and clamps at IWF 2012 or at Dodds.com.
