Closet Factory of Virginia Beach, VA owner Jeff Bruzzesi shows off his home storage business by building an entire house each year for a home show, then selling it to profit on the marketing investment. Register for CCCE Now!

Working in partnership with Joey Construction, each home includes numerous closets. One had more than two dozen storage solutions.

The latest in 2014 was Closet Factory Virginia Beach’s house made of dreams, The Suffolk House - Lifestyle by Closet Factory. It was built for the Tidewater Builders Association’s 2014 Homearama event at the Waterfront at Parkside community in Suffolk, VA. The showcase ran from Oct. 17 to Nov. 3.

  Its past homes were in 2011 and 2012.

The 2011 version was called "The Organizational Home," and was entered it in the Suffolk, VA, Homearama new home sales promotion. It featured 27 home storage elements from mudrooms, pantries, crafts areas and dens to closets, and won gold as the Tidewater Builders Assn.’s Fall Homearama Critics’ Choice Best Home. - Read more

In 2012, Bruzzesi built the "The Logical Living Home," and won gold medals in three categories.
