Woodworking Network announced an additional block of hotel rooms has been added Cabinets & Closets Expo and Conference, April 14-16 in Schaumburg, IL.

“We had to open rooms at an adjoining hotel, the Embassy Suites, Schaumburg, because nearly all our rooms are booked up at the Renaissance Conference & Expo Center,” says Carroll Henning, Woodworking Network event marketing manager. 

Registrants who cannot find available dates at the Renaissance Center can now book through Embassy Suites by called 847-397-1313 and using Group Name: Cabinets & Closets

Exhibit space is also nearly sold out for the April 15-16 Cabinets & Closets Expo, with 72 exhibitors presenting working machinery, design software, panel, hardware and business services. 

"We have just a few booths available," says Mike Litwicki, sales manager for the show, "and we expect those will be booked shortly."

The annual event includes opens April 14 with an all-day conference (conference sponsor is JB Cutting) broken into three tracks:
• Closet Sessions, moderated by the Association of Closet Professionals
• Custom Cabinet Conference, moderated by the Cabinet Makers Association
• Design Conference with presenters from NKBA, Houzz, and leading area designers.

Among many highlights at the show open to all registered attendees are an April 14 plant tour of Plus Closets, an April 15 Ideation Breakfast hosted by Osborne Wood Products and an awards gala April 15 sponsored by Timber Products Company.
