Lumber Liquidators says it opened or remodeled about one-third of its stores across the U.S. incorporating its larger flooring display areas. Operating 350 stores in 46 states and Canada, the flooring firm built 34 new stores and remodeled 17 in 2014.

Sport-Haley Holdings has filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11, allowing the company to complete the winddown of Chromcraft Revington. The furniture company's sale to Arts & Crafts was finalized Feb. 27.

American Woodmark Cabinetry Profits Up 250 Percent

American Woodmark third quarter cabinetry sales increased 12% to $189 million, while profits rose exponentially, up 250 percent to $7.5 million for the period ended January 31, 2015.

Conestoga Wood to Rebrand Sunriver Cabinetry Components

Masonite International (NYSE: DOOR) net sales rose 6.8%, to $448.9 million in the fourth quarter, and 6.2%, to $1.84 billion for the year ended Dec. 28. Currency exchange rates hurt. Masonite looks at major CNC and robotic automation upgrades.
