TEUTOPOLIS, IL — Tom Wegman, president of Stevens Industries Inc., on Jan. 5 announced that Stevens Industries’ Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) has become the 100% owner of the company. As of Jan. 17, Todd Wegman became the president and Tom Wegman will continue as chairman of the board and director of research & development. The company, which employs approximately 525 people, is a supplier of laminated panels for manufacturers of office furniture, store fixtures and shelving products in North America.
