PremierGarage Systems LLC has entered into a strategic alliance with Orange, CA-based Tailored Living, formerly Closet Tailors LLC.

The relationship will integrate the North American franchise networks of PremierGarage and Tailored Living into a new brand. The partners said their franchise network is the first "to possess both interior and garage space enhancement expertise."

Tailored Living is a national franchisor specializing in the design and installation of closet, home office, and utility spaces under the Closet Tailors brand, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Home Franchise Concepts (HFC), also based in Orange, CA. The Closet Tailors franchise network was launched in 2006. HFC also owns the Budget Blinds franchise, which numbers approximately 800 franchise locations in the United States and Canada.

PremierGarage specializes in garage storage, organization, and concrete floor coating systems. Founded in 1999, the PremierGarage network operates more than 70 locations throughout the United States and Canada.
 
PremierGarage has manufacturing and distribution centers in Phoenix and Atlanta, and will produce a full range of home organization and storage products for the new network based on its newly-designed modular platform. The product line-up will include personalized solutions for the small office – home office, closet, bedroom, garage and utility spaces.

PremierGarage was named Best of the WOOD 100 in 2007 by Wood & Wood Products.

The companies plan to will unveil the new company name, branding and market positioning later this summer.
