ELKHART, IN - Cabinetry and wood building products manufacturer Patrick Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: PATK) said it completed the acquisition of assets of Praxis Group, a $4 million RV countertop and furniture products manufacturer and distributor.
"The Praxis team has deep customer relationships and a highly innovative approach to the manufacturing and distribution of products within the RV industry," said Praxis CEO Todd Cleveland. Patrick Industries is a national manufacturer of component products and distributor of building products for the recreational vehicle, manufactured housing, kitchen cabinet, household furniture, fixtures and commercial furnishings, marine, and other industrial markets. Producing decorative vinyl and paper panels, wrapped mouldings, cabinet doors and components, interior passage doors, slotwall and slotwall components, and countertops, Patrick Industries reported $69.4 million in first quarter revenues.
