MONTREAL -- A spokesman for multi-million dollar architectural woodworking firm Patella Manufacturing confirmed the company has closed its Montreal production facility and office, but added the company is continuing its business with manufacturing at various locations.

Details have not yet  been finalized, and the New York office will be used as headquarters until further notice.

Patella was formed in 1960 and had maintained its headquarters along with the 200,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Montreal.
