Lasertron has implemented closed-loop CAD/CAM software/hardware combination to manufacture custom, stainless steel cabinets for the outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen, and grill door markets.
President and CEO Gary Geller said, âOur new proprietary software, melded with our laser cutting and welding, empowers Lasertron to manufacture the highest quality cabinet, in the most efficient timeframe, thereby enabling us to deliver custom-sized stainless steel cabinets for prices that are competitive with off-the-shelf suppliersâ.
âWith this latest upgrade of manufacturing methods,â Geller continued, âour internal quality controls have been refined so designs submitted by architects and interior design specialists are converted to laser cutting machine readable code, the steel is cut, formed, and laser welded to the supplied precision specifications automatically.â
