GREENWICH, CT -- Wood Resources LLC, a division of Atlas Holdings LLC, announced that William Corbin, a former executive vice president of Weyerhaeuser Company who currently serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Wood Resources, has been appointed chairman of the board.

Corbin held the position of executive vice president, International and Industrial Wood Products of Weyerhaeuser Company until his retirement in 2006.
