COLORADO SPRINGS, CO — Diversified Machine Systems , a family-owned, high-tech original equipment manufacturer, has relocated to Colorado Springs, CO. The company converted a dirt-floored, indoor baseball-training venue into a 30,000-square-foot manufacturing plant.
“We liked being located in Colorado Springs originally and we're glad to be back,” said owner Patrick Bollar. “The economic climate here became favorable to us again and with the indoor ball park we found a great location close to Interstate-25 on the south side of Colorado Springs.”
Since acquiring the former Bull Pen Building, DMS has invested more than $300,000 dollars to convert the premises, with all the re-construction work going to local contractors. The company also has established more than 50 new local business relationships with vendors, suppliers, banks and professional services.
