CARB issues two formaldehyde rule info updates
EPA Seeks More Input for Formaldehyde in Laminated Panel Rule

SACRAMENTO, CA -- The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has issued updates of two documents related to its composite wood formaldehyde emissions standard.

CARB has updated its Regulatory Advisory 09-03 document on sell-through provisions. It provides comprehensive and specific sell-through dates for manufacturers, importers, distributors, fabricators and retailers selling products in California.

The second CARB piece is: “What Retailers Need to Know - Formaldehyde in Composite Wood Products Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM)."
