Builder expands cabinetry, millwork servicesTEMPE, AZ

- OneSource Development says it has made a expanded its services, bringing cabinetry and millwork in house to its general remodeling and construction services. The company services the Phoenix metropolitan area as well as markets in the north and south of Arizona.

"Many customers, whether they are redesigning their kitchens or building out a commercial location can get frustrated working with a volume of vendors, designers, material sourcing companies, and architects," says Brandan Millan, co-founder and owner of OneSource Development. "The fact we are able to design, layout, provide 3D renderings, consult on material choices and fabricate granite or cabinetry in-house not only saves our customers money, but time. Everyone in construction knows the priority of their customers wanting to save time," Millan says.

Natasha Nelson, owner of Yogurtini, a national self-serve frozen yogurt franchise headquartered in Tempe, AZ, says her company had a good experience with OneSource. "The project manager was easy to get a hold of and the entire process was streamlined and simplified," Nelson said. "It was unlike any other construction process I have been involved in."

OneSource Development says it uses unconventional streamlining of the communication and construction process with its "One Source, One Stop" process including in-house designers, granite fabrication and in-house millwork. The company, which opened a 6,000 square-foot shop in April, holds a KB-1contractors license. In May it announced it had bid over 200,000 in work, with projects involving flooring, drywall, plumbing, electrical, custom granite counter tops, custom wood mantles for fireplaces, and a complete home remodel.
"On the horizon, we have a few commercial construction projects we are going to be in the running for," says Millan.

Created and owned by partners Brandan Millan, Donny Bolen, Tom Clouse and Timothy Russo, a group whose background includes banking, commerial construction and remodeling, OneSource numbers among its high-profile residential clients sports stars and other celebrities. Millan says past projects include thousands of residential homes as well as Subway franchises, Bashas grocery stores, coffee shops, multiple restaurants and large office complexes.
