STUTTGART, GERMANY – Bosch Power Tools GmbH has acquired portions of Freud Group, headquartered in Milan, Italy.
Bosch said the acquisition adds to its existing range of power tool accessories, especially “high-performance” circular saw blades and router bits. The purchase price was not disclosed.
