PRINCETON, WV -- The Wood Education and Resource Center ((WERC) will present a workshop aimed at helping small businesses that produce cabinets, furniture and millwork strategies to strengthen their bottom lines.

The one-day program will cover marketing, finance, production, equipment, factory layout, product design, employee relations and purchasing.

The workshop will be supported by a workshop notebook that includes printed materials covered in the discussions. Also included will be discussions on changes in lumber and plywood that can offer additional business advantages.
