LAS VEGAS - The AWFS Fair opened with woodworkers from around the country and Canada making the sojourn to the Las Vegas Convention Center to view and compare the wares of more than 500 exhibiting companies.

Advance guard of woodworkers enter the Las Vegas Convention Center as the 2013 AWFS Fair opens Wednesday. The Association of Woodworking and Furniture Suppliers, which manages the show, is predicting a rebound in attendance as both the number of hotel nights booked and pre-registration were running well ahead of the 2011 AWFS Fair.
