Weyerhaeuser's Investments, 'Floating' Credenza Most Viewed

click image to zoom Weyerhaeuser, already one of the world's biggest forest land owners looks to get even bigger following news of its $2.65 billion acquisition of 645,000 acres from Longview Timber LLC. The forestry giant also said it will spend $23 million for production upgrades at its dimensional softwood lumber mill in Drayton Valley, Alberta, in Canada. 

Weyerhaeuser's big news beat out a story and slide show of the award-winning C1 "floating" Credenza, a how-to video on white wood sanding and a disabling wood fire at a pellet plant in Arizona. Worth noting, the article "CNC for Non-Engineers Via Design Software Report, posted on April 25, was the third most viewed item last week and placed fifth this week.
