LAVAL, QC -- Uniboard announced the launch of the "Mont-Laurier Promise," a commitment for the MDF mill to provide customers with "the best possible service in the industry."

“The Mont-Laurier Promise is not simply a marketing campaign, it is our true commitment to offering the best service and the best products in the industry and nothing short of that,” said Don Raymond, vice-president of Uniboard. “It means that we will develop innovative products that meet the needs of the constantly evolving industries served by our mill. Furthermore, each order placed will be delivered quickly and efficiently, every time and on time."

Uniboard's Mont-Laurier mill is located in couthern Quebec, just northwest of Montreal. According to Uniboard's website, the facility produces multiple grades, thicknesses and sizes of MDF/HDF panels with an annual production capacity of 220 million square feet.

Uniboard is a subsidiary of Pfleiderer AG. Pfleiderer recently announced that it has agreed to sell its Uniboard USAMDF and TFM  operations in Moncure, NC, to Aurauco USA.
