WICHITA, KS — Custom Cupboards Inc. selected Steve Gorectke to be plant manager of its manufacturing division.

Gorectke will be in charge of the daily management of plant operations including production, logistics and maintenance.

“Steve brings an excellent record of leadership and a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to this position,” said Mael Hernandez, Custom Cupboards’ president. “I’m confident that Steve will streamline our processes and increase productivity so that we consistently provide a quality, on-time product to our dealers.”

Gorectke began his career as plant manager for Norcraft Companies/Mid-Continent Cabinetry. His career has spanned more than 20 years in plant, material and operation management for the wood and polyethylene manufacturing industries.
