STANLEYTOWN, VA — Stanley Furniture Co. Inc. has elected Micah S. Goldstein to its Board of Directors. Goldstein has been COO at Stanley since August 2010 and  also served as CFO of the wood furniture manufacturer since December 2010. His term as director will end in 2012.

Stanley Furniture also announced the retirement of Albert L. Prillaman and Robert G. Culp, III from its board, effective Dec. 9.

“In addition to welcoming Micah to the Board, we would like to extend our gratitude to Albert Prillaman and Rob Culp for their many years of service to the company,” Michael P. Haley, chairman of the Board of Directors, said in a statement. “Both men have been an invaluable asset to us.”
