Carl Spencer, a small kitchen cabinetmaker in Washington State discusses how he was drawn into the national political debate over Chinese plywood dumping. For over a year Spencer pressed federal legislators to "see through the contrived" issue.  His passionate campaign got him invited to testify at a hearing on this subject at the International Trade Commission (ITC).
