Cabinet Firm RSI in $323 Million Buyout from Jeld-Wen Investor

RSI's Strategic Alliance with Professional Cabinet SolutionsMIRA LOMA, CA - RSI Home Products Inc. and Professional Cabinet Solutions (PCS) will form a strategic alliance allowing RSI, a manufacturer of kitchen and medicine cabinets, bathroom vanities and countertops to cross-sell its products to the homebuilder and dealer market serviced by PCS, which supplies semi-custom, frameless cabinets throughout the West.

Also, as a result of the agreement, PCS will expand within the made-to-order segment of the market with its current products, as well as products made by RSI Home Products. Both PCS and RSI are subsidiaries of RSI Holding LLC.

Founded in 1989, RSI Home Products employs more than 4,000 people and has manufacturing and distribution facilities in California, North Carolina, Texas, and Mexico. PCS was established in 2003.
