LINCOLNTON, NC - RSI Home Products Inc., cabinetry and vanity supplier to Lowe's and Home Depot, will expand operations at its Lincoln County plants in Lincolnton, NC, adding 25 employees and an additional 225,000 square feet.

RSI Home Products leases from The Keith Corp., which will spend $8 million on the expansion, according to the Charlotte Business Journal.

RSI began expansions at the plants in July, 2005, when it added 225,000 square feet, bringing total square footage in the area to over 1.1 million square feet, investing $9.25 million and creating 150 new jobs in the Lincoln County area, according to the Lincoln Economic Development Association.

At that time, RSI received $197,000 in incentives, paid out in equal installments over five years. At the time RSI operated a manufacturing plant and distribution center in the Lincoln County Industrial Park, a semi-custom division and a marble facility on Generals Boulevard in Lincolnton.
