Neil Kelly Cabinets First with Declare-Label Cabinetry CollectionPORTLAND, OR – Neil Kelly Cabinets announced it is the first cabinet manufacturer to produce a Declare-labeled cabinet collection. Similar to a nutrition label, the Declare-label lists the “ingredients” used in each of the building products, making it available for viewing by consumers.

According to the custom cabinet firm, its Naturally Northwest Collection “optimizes indoor air quality and healthful living,” while incorporating no formaldehyde PureBond panels, regionally sourced solid wood and wood veneers, and no formaldehyde, low VOC adhesives and finishes. Neil Kelly Cabinets is also an FSC-certified cabinet manufacturer and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. The sustainable manufacturer produces LEED-compliant cabinetry as well International Living Building Challenge (ILBC) compliant products, which it says led to its earning the Declare label.

In addition to custom kitchen cabinetry, the company also offers environmentally friendly closet systems.
